AbstractBackgroundandobjective:CHFisanextremelycommonandseriousclinicalcardiovasculardiseasesymptomcomplex,whichistheseriousortheendstageofallkindsofheartdisease.CHFisadisordwithhighmutilationrateandlethalityrate,whichisjeopardizingthepeopleshealthseriously.ThemechanismsandtherapyofCHFhasbeenamatterofgreatinterestinbothclinicalandexperimentalsettings.QiliqiangxinisaneffectivetraditionalChinesemedicinecompoundprescriptionpreparationwhichhasbeenusedonCHFpatientsformanyyearsandisdependingonthebasiclawwhichistonifyingpneuma,warmingyang,promotingbloodflowandusingdiureticofgydragoguetoalleviatewaterretention.Butthemodernpharmacologymechanismoftreatmentingchronicheartfailureisstillnotsoclear.Inthisexperimentalstudy,Theexperimentswerecarriedoutabouttheeffectsontheindexesofhemodynamies、leftventriclemassindexandandheartmassindex、theexpressofBaxandBcl-2ofCHFratstodiscussitsfunctionmechanisminitially,providethesciencetheorybasisfortheclinicalmedication.Methods:120SDratsweretestedassubjectsandthemodelratswerebuiltbyanteriordescendingcoronarydeligation,thenthesurvival90ratsweredevidedinto6groupsrandomly.Therewere15ratsineverygroup.Theyareshamoperatedgroup,modelgroup,treatinggroup(Qiliqiangxinwithgreatdosage,mediumdosage,smalldosage)andcontrastinggroup(captoprilgroup).Oneweeklater,shamoperatedgroupandmodelgroupweregivendistilledwater,treatinggroupweregivenQiliqiangxin,thecontrastinggroupwasgivencaptopril.After4weeks,allrats’heartfunctionweremeasruatedbyrightflankarteriacarotiscommunisarterialcannula.,theleftventriclemassindexwascalculatedandtheexpressionofproteinBaxandBcl-2wastestedbyimmunohistochemicalmethodtoassesstheeffectofqiliqiangxin.Results:Comparedwiththeshamgroup,modelgroupratshadsignificantlyincreasedLVEDPanddeclinedLVSP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax(P0.01).ThetreatmentgroupratscanincreaseLVSP,lowerLVEDP,+dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmaxcomparedwiththemodelgroup;ThegreatdosagegroupandmediumdosageisbetterthansmalldosageGroupandthecaptoprilgroup(P0.05,orP0.01),buttherewasnosignificantdifferencebe
