ABSTRACTHigh-endadvancedinformationtechnologybroughtusintoavastdigitalage.Theinfluxofalargeamountofdatamakessearchenginebecomemoreandmoreimportant.Howtoquicklylocateneededinformationfromhugeamountsofdataisverycritical.Searchenginescontainmorethanonecomponentandthewebpageschedulingpartwhichdeterminesthesearchenginesequencingresultsanddirectlyaffectstheperformanceofsearchenginesanduserexperienceisthecoreofsearchenginedesignproblem.Ininformationretrieval,therearemanywebpagesortingalgorithms,whichcanberoughlyclassifiedasthepoint-wiseapproach,thepair-wiseapproachandthelist-wiseapproach.Researchershavemadegreatcontributionstousingavarietyofalgorithmsinthesethreekindsofmethodsandtheweblearningresearchisstillintheclimaxstage.Inviewoftheweblearningschedulingproblem,Firstly,wemodeledtheweblearningschedulingmodelsbasedonSupportVectorMachinetheoryinpoint-wiseandpair-wiseapproachrespectively.BasedontheideaofcrossvalidationtochoosetheparametersoftheSVMmodelsandtheselectionofkernelfunctionisanalyzed.Normalizationandfractalfeaturedatesvisualizationanalysisgotdoneinthepreprocessingpart.Inpair-wisemodel,thisarticlegotthetrainingsampleintherandomsequencematchingmethod.Secondly,basedontheuseofheuristicmethodwehaveestablishedthesortinggeneticalgorithmtooptimizetheBPneuralnetworklearningmodel.ThemodelusedtheoptimizationabilityofgeneticalgorithmtogetgoodinitialweightsofBPnetworkandthresholdinordertoimprovetheperformanceofBPnetwork.TheprincipalcomponentanalysiswasusedtocompressthetrainingdataandtoguaranteehighdimensiondatafidelityaswellastomakeappropriatedegreeofBPnetworkstructure.Thirdly,wedesignedaboostingpagesortingmodelwhichaimedatstudyingstrongcollatorspromotionperformanceonthebasisofweaklearningability.ExperimentsspecialforthethreemodelsonOHSUMEDdatasetwereconducted,resultanalysisandalgorithmcomparisonsdonenext.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatpair-wiseapproachmodelperformedslightlybetterthanpoint-wiseapproachmodelandtheuseofgeneticalgorithmtooptimizeBPnetworksweightsandthresholdcanimpr
