摘　要 随着互联网络的不断普及，促使人们越来越多的依赖于这种方便而又快捷的消息的来源方式，互联网是提供给企业与人才之间交流的最理想的工具，为此，基于齐齐哈尔市人才市场的实际情况出发，设计并制作了这样一个基于Internet的人才信息网站系统。 本设计的目的是完成能够为企业与个人提供交流平台、为市人才管理部门工作人员提供发布新闻及管理整个网站的人才信息网。利用.NET框架生成、部署和运行 Web 服务及应用程序的平台Microsoft Visual Studio 2005以及SQLServer 2000进行了简要的介绍。 关键词：人才信息网站 .NET框架 B/S模式 Abstract the constant popularization of the internet, impell people to more and more depend on the this convenient and swift way to get news a large amount of time and energy can be saved for people.For the human resources pool that offers the exchange platform between enterprises and talents, it is the most ide
