犬子宫蓄脓的诊断和治疗方法选择 摘 要 子宫蓄脓症是指含脓物质在子宫内的大量聚集，是子宫腔内感 染而贮留大量脓汁并伴有子宫内膜囊泡性增殖的疾病，是母犬生殖 系统的一种常见病，也是一种潜在的有生命危险的疾病。为了确定 子宫蓄脓症有效的且较好的诊断与治疗方案，本文收集了上海及周 边省市 62 例子宫蓄脓病例，并着重对其中一例典型病例作了临床学 检查并给予诊断。确诊后，选择药物保守治疗，最后，进行卵巢子 宫切除手术，并对不同治疗方案的优缺点进行了比较。结果表明，X 线造影检查及 B 型超声技术检查方法可以较为直观地反映病症的情 况，是较为准确的诊断此病的方法。实验室检查具有辅助的临床诊 断意义。手术疗法是根除此病的关键性治疗方法，同时此病也可以 结合中医疗法以达到更佳的治疗功效。 关键词: 子宫蓄脓症, 诊断, 治疗, 手术 SELECTION OF DIFFERERNT MEASURES FOR TREATMENTS AND SUSPECTIONS OF PYOMETRA ABSTRACT Pyometra is an accumulation of purulent material within the uterus. It is a potentially life-threatenting condition associated with cystic endometrial hyperplasia. To determine a better treatment of pyometra, Sixty-two suspect patients with pyometra of some pet clinics in and around Shanghai were examined clinically. After differential diagnosis, the purulence were extirpated by the surgical operation.In this study, different therapies were compared to determine which one was the best. The result shows that radiography and B-ultrasonography techniques can provide an intuitionistic image of the disease.They are more effective than any other diagn ostic method. Laboratory exams take an accessorial role in clinical diagnosis. Surgical operations were the pivotal therapies that can extirpate the disease.Better remedial effect will be obtained if Chinese traditional medicine is combined with Western medicine.
