Method:ThesampleselectedfromJanuary2010toDecember2012,48 patientstotheDentistryoftheChengduMilitaryRegionAuthorities Hospital(allmale,aged40-60years,mean:48.64+8.641)51posterior mandible(mandibular6,7),dividedintoexperimentalandcontrolgroups. Allsubjectstobesurgicalregionalalveolardistanceofthetopofthe mandibularcanalisgreaterthanorequalto10mm,thewidthisgreater thanorequalto6.75mmtheadjacentteethprobingnoattachmentloss. Inclusioncriteria:experimentalgroup:patientswithmandibularteeth diagnosedwithtoothfracturesordeepcariesandcannotbereserved, unplugby GBRsurgery,andthenimplementoftheimplantsurgery andsurgerybeforetheXrayshowsthelengthofthealveolarcresttothe apicalatequalto8.5mm.Controlgroup:thenaturalbonegroup,the mandibularteethfoldlineofteethduetocariesortoothremovalofmore thanoneyearaftersurgery,notrepairorlineactivities,fixedpartial dentureprosthesishasbeenremoved,theX-rayimageshowsmissing teethalveolarbonedensity, withouttheoriginaltoothsocketareato reducethedensityoftheshadow.1.Asystemicdiseasepatientscannot undergosurgery;2.Systemicdiseasessuchasdiabetes,osteoporosis, etc.;3.Psychologicalorpsychiatricdiseasewhichcanaffect patients dailyoralmaintenanceandcannotundergosurgerybecauseof psychologicalfactors;4.Thepatientswhichhaveseveregingivitis,severe periodontaldiseaseand
