TheResearchofPowerBatteryWeldingPointPositioningTechnologyBasedontheColorSpaceAbstractDuringweidentifycolorimage,thecolorisoneofthemainperceptfeature.Whenweidentifysomefamiliatgeometricfeature(ellipse、circular),thecolorhasaverydistinctadvantage,thisadvantageis:itisnotsensitivetoitssizeanddirection,intheweldingpointpositioning,itisnotaffectedbyunevenweldingrangeandsoon.ithasstrongrobustness.thiswayofweldingisverycomplicated,Especiallyweldingforthepackedpowerbattery,weldingpositioningisnotaccurate,onceslightnegligence,itiseasytoleadtosomeproblemsuchasweldingleakage、wasteofrawmaterials.Therefore,aimatthespecialpowerbatteryplateweldingdevice,basedonnewcolorspace,thispaperpresentsanewwaythattheexactweldingspotpositioningtechnology.First,processthebatteryplate,transformthebasicstructureoforiginalweldingsystem,thebottomismadeofredcopper,weldingpieceusesthenickelplate,asaresultoftwokindsofmaterialsofdifferentcolors,ColorindustrialCCDcameraimageit.Secondly,afterimagepreprocessingtheacquiredimage,aftertheimagehistogramequalization,noisesmoothing,thresholdsegmentationandsoon,thenbasedonthecolorimagespaceanalysis.Thirdly,basedontheextractimagefeature,throughrealizethebottomandtheweldingpartsofnickelplatethresholdsegmentation,aimatthebatteryplateweldingdirectionshapeafterthresholdsegmentation,calculatetheweldingdirectioncenterbasedontheleastsquaresmethod,precisepositiontheweldingpoint.throughthecoordinatelocation,makestheweldingsystemtoaccuratelyidentifyweldingpositioning.Finallyachievetheautomaticweldinginthebatteryplate.Afterexperimentalanalysis,thispaperputsforwardthemethodispracticalandreliable,weldingpointcanpreciselocate,realizetheintelligentautomaticwelding,provideanewfeasiblesolutionforpackedpowerbatteriesweldingsystem.Keywords:Automaticwelding,Imageprocessing,Colorspace,Characteristiccomponent.目录1绪论1.1课题来源、背景及研究意义.......................................................................................21.2国内外研究现状.............................................................
