良性乳腺肿瘤手术与美容讨论 　　摘 要 目的：对106例良性乳腺肿瘤患者手术方式与术后美容效果的临床探讨。方法：对106例良性乳腺肿瘤手术分别行乳晕切口、乳房下皱纹切口及腋窝切口进行手术并术后随访3个月～1年。结果：采取乳腺美容切口基本上瘢痕很少，乳腺外观达到较佳效果。结论：利用美白切口进行乳腺良性肿瘤手术可吸收美容线进行皮内缝合，促进伤口愈合，乳房外观无影响，有良好的美容效果。 　　关键词 良性乳腺肿瘤 美容切口 　　 　　Abstract Goal：improves looks the effect clinical discussion after 106examplesbenign mammary gland tumor patient surgery way and the techbique.Method：distinguishes under a line of nipple edge margin，the breast after106examples benign mammary gland tumor surgery the wrinkle margin and the armpit margin carries on the surgery and the technique makes afollow-up visit from march to
