早期胃癌中CD44v6检测意义分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨分析早期检测胃癌中CD44v6的临床意义。方法 选取我院2010年4月至2012年4月68例I+II期的胃癌患者，设为A组，再选取64例III+IV期的胃癌患者，设为B组，皆采取流式细胞术（FCM）对术前患者外周血淋巴细胞CD44v6含量进行检测，观察比较两组检测结果。结果 早期胃癌患者在术前检测淋巴细胞中的CD44v6阳性率显著高于阴性患者（P0.05），无统计学意义；癌细胞浸润深度到达浆膜层的胃癌患者中CD44v6含量与未达浆膜层的患者的含量比较无显著性差异（P0.05），无统计学意义。结论 术前对早期胃癌患者外周血中的CD44v6含量进行测定，有助于监测胃癌的进展，对预测胃癌的转移潜能有重要的临床意义。 　　【关键词】 早期胃癌；CD44v6；淋巴细胞 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1004—7484（x）.2012.08.017 文章编号：1004—7484（2012）—08—2412—01 　　CD44v6 in early gastric cancer detection and significance 　　LIU Lei，ZHU Wei 　　1.Shandong province Qingdao city commercial workers hospital，Shandong Qingdao 266011； 　　2.Shandong province Qingdao City North Hospital，Shandong Qingdao 266000 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CD44v6 analysis in early detection of gastric cancer.Methods A hospital in 2010 to 2012 68 cases I II of patients with gastric cancer，is set to group A，and then select 64 cases III IV of gastric cancer patients is set to group B，were taken by flow cytometry （FCM） to detect CD44v6 content in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients before，observe and compare the two sets of test results.Results Patients with early gastric cancer in the preoperative detection of lymphocytes of CD44v6—positive rate was significantly higher than the negative patients （P0.05），no statistical significance；cancer cells depth of invasion to reach the content in patients with CD44v6 content with less than serosa serosa of gastric cancer patients showed no significant difference （P0.05），no statistically significant.Conclusion CD44v6 content in the peripheral blood of patients with early gastric cancer before surgery were able to contribute to monitoring the progress of gastric cancer metastatic 　　potential prediction of gastric cancer has important clinical significance. 　　【Key words】 Early gastric cancer；Expression of CD44v6；Lymphocytes 　　细胞粘附分子（CD44）是分布于细胞表面跨膜糖蛋白的主要成分，对细胞—基质、细胞—细胞之间的特异性黏连过程起着重要的作用。其变异的黏附分子CD44v6与肿瘤的发生、侵袭和预后紧密联系[1]。近年来研究发现，血液中CD44v可作为胃癌病理变
