环境管制背景下河南省企业竞争力提升策略研究 摘 要 二十世纪八十年代以来，环境逐渐成为了一个全球关注的话题。我国开始从单纯追求经济高速发展转向探索环境与经济共同成长之路。河南省也将可持续发展战略作为发展经济的指向标，并在2006年的“十一五”规划中强调建设“环境友好型社会”，实现“清洁发展”、“可持续发展”。环境管制下，实现中原崛起。 论文首先回顾了国内外产业国际竞争力理论和与贸易相关的环境保护理论，阐述了环境管制对国际竞争力的影响机制。其次，论文分析了目前河南省煤炭企业和造纸企业的发展现状以及当前发展中存在的问题，本文对河南省煤炭企业、造纸企业和火电企业环境污染状况分析，通过了解煤炭企业、造纸企业和火电企业的环境保护现状，并针对存在的环境问题进行了分析。 最后，论文根据分析结论，从企业、产业、政府三个层面上，提出河南省企业在建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会背景下的选择，为河南省企业竞争力的提升提供了可行性建议。 关键词：环境管制 煤炭企业 造纸企业 火电企业 河南省企业竞争力 ABSTRACT Since the 1980s, the environment has become a topic of global concern.
