课程设计说明书 课程名称：沈阳工学院4#教学楼安全预评价 系 别： 专 业： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 能源与水利学院 摘 要 安全是人类生存发展过程中永恒的主题，也是当今乃至未来人类社会重点关注的主要问题之一。而且随着社会的发展进步，安全问题会越来越受到整个社会的关注。教学楼是为人们学习提供最为良好环境的建筑。纵观教学建筑的发展历史，无不体现着人类文化、文明的历史进程和时代特征。本文对沈阳工学院4#教学楼的安全预评价内容，根据有关资料数据和资料，利用我们所学的安全评价的相关知识，对4#教学楼的建设设计上，建设过程中和建设完成等过程中，可能出现的安全问题进行初步的判定，并做出合理的改善。分析我国的安全问题，就教学楼的安全而言，近几年教学楼在自然灾害中坍塌发生的事件很多，这就从很大程度上说明了我们国家的安全措施的不完全性。搞好安全工作，对于促进生产，提高人民生活质量与水平，乃至巩固社会安定团结的大好形势有着举足轻重的作用。 关键词：安全预评价；危险因素；改善措施  Abstract Safety is the eternal theme of human survival and development, and is also one of the present and even future human society focuses on the main problems.
