自动送料装车毕业设PLC控制自动送料装车系统设计.doc

摘要 伴随着我国经济实力的不断加强，科技在各大中小型企业单位中起到越来越明显的地位。自动送料装车系统在冶金、采矿运输和生产制造等许多领域中都得到普遍的应用。它通过自动输送设备实现物料的自动化，把工厂中的各个部分、各个生产工位、各存储点连结起来，为工厂控制系统的投入运行带来极大的方便和经济性。自动送料装车系统是工厂自动化物流系统的重要组成环节，对于提高企业经济效益具有重要作用本文设计的自动送料装车控制器选用公司生产的型PLC来实现。系统采用和称重传感器将检测信号输入到可编程控制器实现精确控制，可满足现场运料系统中放料、传输、装载等环节的自动化操作，提高了系统运行的精度与可靠性。 Abstract Accompanied by the continuous strengthening of Chinas economic strength, science and technology in the large and small businesses play an increasingly significant position in the unit. Automatic feed loading system in metallurgy, mining, transport and manufacturing, are common in many fields of application. Through automatic transportation device for material automation, parts of plants, each production station, storage points together, for the plant control system put into operation brings great convenience and affordability. Automatic feed loading system for factory automation logistics system consists of important links that can meet the requirements of improving management level of enterprises, large increases in productivity, reduce labor intensity of workers with regard to improving the economic efficiency of enterprises play an important role, and have many suitable occasion with broad application prospects. This design of automatic feed loading controllers use Germany Neza Modicon TSX series SSD production-08CD12F8A PLC to achieve. System uses a limit switch and weight sensor will detect the signal input to the programmable controller for precise control to meet the transportation system of automation of material, transport, loading and so on, improving the accuracy and reliability of the system is running.
