PAGE PAGE 11 美国美元流出流入循环的困境与中国的对策 内容提要：美元大量流向世界和向美国还流的循环，发挥了美元国际基轴货币的作用，推动了美国经济和世界经济的发展。然而，在美元印钞过度的情况下，美元一直坐在危机四伏的火山口上。受西欧各国和其他发达国家继续“脱离美元”等因素的影响，一旦美元从美国大量流出再大量向美国还流的循环陷入困境，难以为继，新的“尼克松冲击”就随时都可能发生。为此，中国作为世界最大的外汇储备国，必须尽快采取措施，积极应对更为严重的美元危机。 关键词：美元流出、美元流入、循环、中国、对策 The dilemma of dollars’ circulations of outflow and inflow and China’s countermeasures Abstract: the circulations of dollars’ outflow and inflow between the other side of world and U.S. has made dollar play the international currency role and pushed the U.S. and the world economic development. However, in the situations of overissuing dollars, the dollar is in the crisis. Influenced by factors such as being away from dollar, once the circulation of outflow and inflow fall into troubles, the new Nixon crisis will happen at any moment.
