摘 要随着科技的进步，科技时代的到来，我国很多的大中城市已经发展到了一定的水平，同时，为了减小贫富差距，履行共同富裕的原则，也要注重小城镇以及乡村地方的发展。所以，我们要加强对小城镇的基础建设。于是就涉及到如何更高效、更合理的管理小城镇基础测绘数据。本文主要内容是应用ArcGIS软件，利用小城镇地形图和数字正射影像图来建立小城镇基础测绘数据库，最后制作一个小城镇的地图，进而对小城镇的基础测绘数据进行更加合理有效的管理。政府规划部门可以应用建好的数据库对该城镇进行有效的合理规划。例如对一些主要的十字路口进行道路拓宽，在此应用了Esri开发的CityEngine软件，还有小村落合并应用软件分析需要拆迁的范围面积、中心镇的选址，以及设计最佳的交通线路等各项城镇建设相关规划工作。最后介绍如何对该数据库进行质量检查和质量管理。关键字：ArcGIS、数据检查、数据库建立、城镇规划 AbstractWith the progress of science and technology, the advent of the era of science and technology, a lot of large and medium-sized cities in our country has developed to a certain level, at the same time, in order to reduce the gap between rich and poor, to fulfill the principle of common prosperity, also should pay attention to the development of small towns and rural areas. The government planning department can build a good database application, rational planning of the town effectively.
