摘 要 本文通过对湖南湘正期货经纪有限责任公司在经营与管理上存在的缺陷，对如何来加强我国期货经纪公司的经营与管理来进行主要论述。首先对湖南湘正期货经纪公司的现状及缺陷作简要介绍，引出题目由来；接着就当前我国期货经纪公司面临的市场环境及其定位和作用进行阐述；其次，论述了湘正期货经纪公司在经营和管理方面的缺陷，以及我国期货经纪公司在经营和管理上存在的其它缺陷；再次论述了我国期货经纪公司应如何加强经营与管理；最后从新思维角度出发，对我国期货经纪公司的经营与管理创新进行了论述。总之，本文从我国期货经纪公司经营管理方面存在的缺陷，到如何进行完善作了详细的论述。 关键词： 期货经纪公司 经营 管理 创新 Abstract The article is about our national Future broking limited corporation which should how to strengthen its operation and management according to the defect which Hunan Xiangzheng future broking limited corporation existing in its operation and management .At first we introduce the circumstance and defect of Hunan Xiangzheng future broking committed corporation , explaining the cause of writing the article .
