液压顶升及侧向稳定微调定位施工技术 　　摘要：日产5000t水泥生产线中的水泥熟料库设计容量较大，施工工艺复杂，主体分混凝土构造和钢结构两大部分。混凝土部分包括基础和直径40m高38m的库壁；钢结构部分包括锥形库顶和受料转运站，主要为箱型梁和H型钢组成的框架结构。其施工难点主要是锥形库顶钢结构箱形圈梁平台的吊装和定位，本文仅对熟料库锥形钢结构库顶屋盖系统网架基本圈圆形平台整体吊装定位施工方法及已形成的成熟施工技术予以阐述。 　　关键词：箱型圈梁平台;液压顶升;稳定微调定位;施工技术 　　Abstract: Nissan database design capacity of 5000t cement production line of cement clinker construction process is complex, the main points of two main parts of the concrete structure and the steel structure.
