数控车床主传动机构设计摘 要数控车床又称数字控制（Numerical control，简称NC）机床。它是基于数字控制的，采用了数控技术，是一个装有程序控制系统的机床。它是由主机，CNC，驱动装置，数控机床的辅助装置，编程机及其他一些附属设备所组成。首先介绍论文的研究背景和意义、国内外研究综述；接着介绍数控卧式重型车床主传动系统设计，包括数控机床驱动电动机和主轴功率特性的匹配设计、采用主轴和电机一体化设计、主传动系统设计；文章重点讲述了主轴设计、和变速箱齿轮的设计，轴式组成及其的主要零件之一。一切作回转运动的传动零件，都必须安装在轴上才能进行运动及动力的传动。轴的设计包括结构设计和工作能力设计两方面。最后介绍了国产某系列数控车床故障时间的分布模型。关键词：数控机床； 主运动； 电动机。AbstractThe numerical control lathe called the numerical control (Numerical control, is called NC) the engine bed. It is based on the numerical control, has used the numerical control technology, is loaded with the procedure control system the engine bed. It is by the main engine, CNC, the drive, the numerical control engine bed auxiliary unit, the programming machine and other some appurtenances is composed.First introduce the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research review; then, the CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathe main transmission system design, includes driving motor and characteristics of spindle power matching design, the integration of the spindle and motor design, design of the main drive system; the article tells the story of main axle design, and gear box gear design, shaft type composition and the main parts of CNC machine tools. All transmission parts for rotary motion must be installed on the shaft to carry out the movement and power transmission. The design of shaft includes two aspects: structure design and working capacity design.
