摘 要公业产品造型设计不同于一般艺术，就是它在具备实用性、科学性的同时，具备艺术性。本文对美的的设计风格传统设计进行了调查和总结,并调查了空气加湿器产品的设计现状.在此基础上,运用仿生设计的相关理论从外观造型入手，设计出具有趣味性强并有现代气息的个性化产品。这对于空气加湿器产品的设计和发展具有一定的参考价值塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一，而塑料模具是其中发展较快的种类，因此，研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。本设计介绍了注射成型的基本原理，特别是单分型面注射模具的结构与工作原理，对注塑产品提出了基本的设计原则；详细介绍了冷流道注射模具浇注系统、温度调节系统和顶出系统的设计过程，并对模具强度要求做了说明；同时，在模具设计中，为增加适当的难度，选择了有侧抽心机构及脱螺纹机构的产品下改进行模具设计制造。其中脱螺纹机构采用了齿轮齿条传动脱螺纹法予以实现;最后介绍了当今世界上最为普及的三维CAD/CAM系统标准软件PRO/ENGNEER的PROGRAM模块，对导柱和导套进行了参数化设计。通过本设计，可以对注塑模具有了一个初步的认识，注意到设计中的某些细节问题，了解模具结构及工作原理；通过对PROGRAM的学习，可以建立较简单零件的零件库，从而有效地提高工作效率。关键词：塑料模具；参数化；镶件；分型面AbstractThe products design is different from the general art, it is a practical, scientific and at the same time, with artistry.
