PBL教学模式融入医学生医德教育探讨 　　[摘要] 医德教育是一种特殊的职业教育，是高等医学教育中的一个重要环节，在医学发展过程中显示出越来越重要的作用。随着教学改革的不断深入和发展，传统的课堂模式已不能适应现代医德教育发展的要求。如何实施改革，提升医德教育效果，是当前深化医学教育改革的一个主题。本文阐述了将PBL教学模式引入医德教育，旨在通过这种以问题为基础和核心的新型教学模式，对学生进行引导启发式教育，激发学生的积极性和创造性，锻炼学生的实践能力和创新思维，使学生逐步成为一名医德高尚、学识丰富、技术精湛的医学人才。 　　[关键词] PBL；医学生；医德教育 　　[中图分类号] G420 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）08（b）-0128-04 　　Discussion on PBL teaching mode integrating medical students medical morals education 　　XIAO Lili LI Zhijian QIAN Yong 　　Department of Education， Beijing Electrical Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University， Beijing 100073， China 　　[Abstract] Medical morals education， which is a very important element of higher medical education， is a specific vocational tool and plays an increasingly important role in the development of medical science. With the intensification and development of education reform， the traditional classroom-teaching mode is no longer suited to the demands for the development of modern medical morals education. Methodologies to implement reforms and enhance effects of medical morals education are currently themes for reformation of medical education. This article interprets the purpose of adopting the PBL teaching modes in medical morals education， which as a new type of teaching mode is directed at the core of the problem. The objective is to foster guidance and heuristic education of students to stimulate positivity and creativity， exercise practical ability and innovative thinking， and to create medically talented people who possess noble medical morals， and thereby create professionals who have not only mastered a large bank of knowledge but who can skillfully use advanced technologies in a morally responsible environment. 　　[Key words] PBL； Medical students； Medical morals education 　　问题导向学习（problem-based learning，PBL）是一种以问题为导向的教学方法，是基于现实世界的以学生为中心的教育方式。PBL医学德育教育是以问题为基础，以医学生为主体，以讨论为形式，在授课教师的启发和参与下，通过医学病例及实践中蕴含的医学道德等问题进行研究的学习过程。与传统教学模式相比，PBL坚持以问题为出发点，彰显学生的主体地位，发挥教师的引导作用，强调问题解决的合作性，突出学习的建设性[1]，注重创新理
