毕业设计（论文）题目60t/h糖厂四效蒸发系统设计学院化学化工学院专业过程装备与控制工程班级2010级1班学号1004310112姓名邹 威指导老师郑小平 二〇一四年五月二十八日摘 要糖厂蒸发站的蒸发系统一般采用多效蒸发，蒸发系统主要是将锤度比较低的糖汁蒸发浓缩到锤度比较高的糖汁供下一工序继续加工。产量不同的糖厂其所需的蒸发设备尺寸有所不同，因此，需通过计算来确定其尺寸。本设计主要设计一个产量为60t/h甘蔗糖厂的四效蒸发系统，将糖汁蒸发处理后使其锤度从15°Bx上升到65°Bx。本文主要介绍了蒸发设计方案的确定、蒸发工艺过程的相关计算、蒸发设备尺寸的计算和蒸发辅助设备的设计。其中工艺流程采用四效并流的方案。工艺计算采用等压差法，使各效压力差接近相等，以便于操作管理和减少跑糖事故的发生。各效进行抽汁汽，充分利用各效二次蒸汽的热量以节约燃料。其计算结果比较符合糖厂中蒸发工序的实际情况。通过工艺计算得到的加热面积来进行蒸发设备的相关计算。蒸发器的计算选取其中的一效进行举例计算，其他效的蒸发设备计算方式相同。蒸发器选用目前糖厂通用的TWX型蒸发器，并严格按照国家标准进行设备的选件，因此设备易于制造、检验和验收。关键词：多效蒸发 蒸发器 糖汁 锤度 加热面积The system design of the process load 60t/h some sugar refinery 4-effect evaporationAbstractIt generally use multi-effect evaporation in evaporation system of sugar mills’ evaporation station, and it’s mainly concentrating the relatively low brix to a high brix of juice by evaporation to make the next step to continue processing. Its size required different for evaporation equipment in sugar mills with different yield , and so, it needs to calculating to determine the size. The design is mainly to devise a four-effect evaporation system for some sugar refinery with production of 60t/h, by which to rising the juice brix from 15 °Bx to 65 °Bx after treating of evaporation. The design mainly introduced the project determine of the design for evaporation, the relevant calculation of the process for evaporation , the calculations of evaporation equipment size , and the design of evaporation auxiliary equipment. It choses cocurrent four-effect program for process flow. Process is calculated by equal pressure drop method, so that all the pressure drop nearly equal among each effect, which to make the management for operation easy and reduce the occurrence of run sugar accidents. Every effect has been pumping steam juice , make full use of all the heat efficiency of secondary steam to fuel savings. The results of calculation more in line with the actual situation of sugar mills in the evaporation process. Calculating the equipment of
