RhoERnd3在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及其临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 分析 RhoE/Rnd3在子?m内膜样腺癌组织中的表达情况，以探讨RhoE/Rnd3在子宫内膜样腺癌发生发展中的作用及及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化PV-9000法检测2008年1月―2016年12月在福建医科大学附属第一医院收住院诊治的患者118例正常子宫内膜、非典型增生子宫内膜及子宫内膜样腺癌组织中RhoE/Rnd3蛋白的表达情况，并分析其表达情况与临床病理特征的相关性。结果 ①RhoE/Rnd3在正常子宫内膜（阳性率76.0%）、非典型增生子宫内膜（阳性率60.0%）、子宫内膜样腺癌组织中（阳性率42.6%）的表达阳性率呈逐渐降低趋势，三者之间阳性率差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。②在子宫内膜样腺癌中，RhoE/Rnd3的表达阳性率与年龄、组织学分级及肌层浸润深度相关，与手术病理分期、淋巴结转移均未见相关性。结论 RhoE/Rnd3的低表达（阳性率12.5%）与子宫内膜样腺癌病变的进展和不良预后有关，对这种基因进行监测，有助于判断子宫内膜样腺癌的恶性程度及预后，从而为子宫内膜样腺癌寻找有参考意义的预测指标。 　　[关键词] 子宫内膜样腺癌；RhoE/Rnd3；免疫组织化学 　　[中图分类号] R737 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）10（c）-0011-04 　　Expression of RhoE/Rnd3 in Endometrial Adenocarcinoma and Its Clinical Significance 　　YANG Yun-ling1，2， ZHENG Xiu2 　　1.Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics， Fujian Provincial Hospital， South Branch （Fujian Provincial Jinshan Hospital）， Fuzhou， Fujian Province， 350001 China； 2.Clinical School of Fujian Medical University， Fuzhou， Fujian Province， 350001 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the expressions of RhoE/Rnd in endometrial adenocarcinoma and clinical significance in the development of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
