RAD001 is the oral mTOR inhibitor that is furthest along in clinical development. This slide shows the key dosages, 5 and 10 mg, that are being used in the current trials. Dosing with RAD001 was carefully developed in clinical pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic studies to establish the optimal regimen to achieve profound and sustained mTOR inhibition.
