A very complex workflow must be followed and a lot of work must be completed during the process. It is very argent and necessary to design a scientific and rational management system to help instruction teachers and academic managers to carry out the graduate design work. In this article, B/S model, Web database and .NET technology have been analyzed particularly, and a practice teaching thesis management system based on Web has been designed and realized. This system mainly includes following functions.
