变电所自动化技术与无人值班 摘要：针对目前变电所实行无人值班化的运行管理模式，详细介绍了远程图像监控系统的设计原则、系统结构、设备选择等应用开发中的问题。运行实践表明远程图像监控系统是无人值班变电所的远方监控的有力工具。它增加了新的遥视功能，在变电所的安全运行及防盗、防火等方面起到了非常重要的作用。 　　无人值班变电所一般都实现了对远方变电所的“三遥”功能即：遥测、遥信、遥控功能。然而，要实现变电所综合全面的自动化管理，如对远方变电所现场环境的实时监视，防盗、防火的及时发现和报警等功能 ，这是目前常规自动化系统还不能实现的。为此进行了无人值班变电所远程图像监控系统的研究开发工作。图像监控作为一种新型的科技手段，在20世纪90年代后期开始应用于电力系统中，该技术的应用为电力安全生产提供了较为有效的辅助作用，它的出现从某种意义上推动了电力系统新管理模式的改革进度。该系统的开发成功及投入运行为无人值班综合自动化变电所又增加了一个重要的功能———遥视功能。 Abstract: in view of the present executes the unattended substation customization mode of operation and management, introduces image remote monitoring system design principles, system structure, equipment selection of application development in question.
