摘 要 近年来，我国建筑工程施工过程中重大伤亡事故频频发生，事故伤亡人数一直居高不下，预防和减少建筑工程施工事故成为越来越多人的关注话题。由于建筑工程施工复杂化、设计多样化、高空作业多和从业人员整体素质较低、建筑市场多元化等特点，加上施工生产过程中难以避免的不确定性，施工过程、施工环境业必然呈多变状态，因而潜在的安全隐患增多。若处置不当容易发生安全事故，给人民生命财产造成损失，影响社会稳定。想要从根本上减少建筑工程伤亡事故的发生，必须查其特点、纠其原因，才能得出对策。本文从我国建筑工程施工安全事故的现状出发，研究我国建筑工程施工安全事故的类型，探究其发生规律、特点，进而探究建筑安全事故发生的原因，指出我国在建筑工程安全管理上的不足及其努力方向。在文章的最后，针对建筑工程施工安全事故中最常发生的五大事故进行分析，通过案例分析和统计的方法讨论五大伤害发生的规律和原因，并给出防范措施。 关键词：建筑施工安全；伤亡事故；探因 Abstract In recent years， The occurrence of major casualties in Chinas building construction process is frequent， Accident casualties have been high， Prevention and reduction of building construction accidents become the topic more and more people concerned about. Because construction complexity， design diversified and aloft working more employees and overall quality is low， construction market diversification and other characteristics， add construction in the process of production of hard to avoid uncertainty， the construction process and construction environment industry in state inevitable changeable， and potential security hidden danger increase. If disposed of improperly prone to security incidents， to the peoples lives and property losses， and affect social stability. Want to reduce the casualties of the construction works on the fundamental， Must check its characteristics， and correct its causes in order to obtain countermeasures. Departure from the status quo of Chinas building construction safety incidents， the type of building construction safety accidents， explore its Occurrence， characteristics， and then explore the reasons of building security incidents， points out the deficiencies in the safety management of construction projects endeavors. At the end of the article， for the most frequently occurred five incidents in building construction， through case studies and statistical methods to discuss the five injury’s patterns and cases， and given the preventive measure.
