T he purpose is to brin the superiority of social environment into full play , hence pushin the development of re ional sports tourism industry . The results show that national authories and local overnment s policies and uidin measures, the ood development of tourism, rich national culture, the chan e of consumption culture, social harmony, all of these offer a ood support environment for the ex ploitation of sports tourism industry in the border re ion of Hunan, Hubei, Chon qin and Guizhou.
