PAGE 编号 本科生毕业论文 45钢摩擦热处理后的显微组织及力学性能研究 Effects of Friction Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Steel 45 学 生 姓名 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 号 指 导 教师 学 院 机电工程学院 二〇一一年六月 摘 要 摩擦热处理就是摩擦生热，具体用于能量转换，例如，机械能转化为内能，内能表现为发热，这就是摩擦热处理。 本文以45钢为研究对象，采用端面干摩擦的方式进行摩擦热处理试验。利用数显洛氏硬度计HRS-150测定试样的硬度；利用扫描电子显微镜拍摄试样的金像组织进行热处理分析。 试验发现：摩擦热处理后的表面硬度达到淬火硬度；试样表面存在一定的摩擦热处理区；摩擦热处理区内的显微组织中含有大量的、均匀分布的马氏体。 实验结论：摩擦淬火工艺完全可以实现。 关键词：45钢 摩擦热处理 力学性能 Abstract Friction is the friction and heat treatment, specifically for energy conversion, for example, mechanical energy into internal energy, internal energy manifested as heat, which is the friction heat. Using digital rockwell hardness tester HRS-150 determination of the hardness of the sample; by scanning electron microscope image of gold film sample of tissue for treatment. Test found: the friction surface hardness after heat treatment quenching hardness; the sample surface there is a certain friction heat treatment zone; friction and heat treatment the microstructure of the region contains a large number, uniform distribution of martensite. Experimental results: the friction hardening process can achieve.
