* * * A prisoner released under a conditional release order must comply with the conditions of the order, such as residing in a hostel operated by the Correctional Services Department. If being satisfied that prisoner released has complied with the conditions up to that time, the Board may make a recommendation to the Chief Executive that the prisoner’s indeterminate sentence should be converted to a determinate one. However, the Board may suspend or revoke a conditional release order if the prisoner fails to comply with a condition of the order The prisoner will then be recalled to prison to continue serving the sentence to which the order related.
