银杏叶提取物对急性加重期COPD患者肺功能和血液流变学影响 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨银杏叶提取物对急性加重期COPD患者肺功能和血液流变学的影响，以及对临床症状的改善。方法 选取符合标准的患者80例，采用随机数字的方法分为观察组和对照组各40例，两组均给予常规治疗，观察组加用银杏叶提取物注射液，观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能、血液流变学及临床症状的改变。结果 治疗前，两组患者肺功能、血液流变学及临床症状评分均无显著性差异（P0.05）；疗程结束后，两组患者肺功能、血液流变学及临床症状评分均改善，但是观察组患者改善程度更大（P0.05）。结论 银杏叶提取物可以显著改善急性加重期COPD患者的临床症状，降低血液粘度，改善肺功能，预防血栓的形成，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。 　　 【关键词】 银杏叶提取物；慢性阻塞性肺疾病；急性加重期；肺功能；血液流变学 　　 　　Effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on acute exacerbations of COPD patients with pulmonary function and blood rheology 　　LI Junying (Department of Breath internal medicine, The People’Hospital of QiongLai ,Sichuan 611530 ) 　　 　　 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on acute exacerbations of COPD patients with pulmonary function and blood rheology, and improvement of clinical symptoms. Methods Eligible patients 80 cases, using a random number method is divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group, two groups were given conventional treatment, the observation group with Ginkgo biloba extract injection, two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with pulmonary function, blood rheology and the change of clinical symptoms.
