140穿孔机结构设计及参数选择 摘 要 随着现代无缝钢管生产的要求越来越高，对其设备也提出了新的要求。斜轧过程在无缝钢管生产中得到广泛应用，穿孔、轧管（延伸）、均整、定径都可用斜轧实现，斜轧管机有二辊和三辊两种系统。 斜轧穿孔工艺经过不断的发展，完全能满足穿孔阶段的要求。迄今，斜轧穿孔工艺在无缝钢管生产中用得最为广泛。斜轧穿孔工艺的最新发展，已为穿孔毛管带来了远比以前大得多的加工灵活性，且具有更大的生产潜力。穿孔机以成为现代化无缝钢管生产的关键设备，促进了无缝钢管多规格、小批量、小规模生产的成本降低。 Φ220穿孔机设计成桶形穿孔机，有如下特点。二辊斜轧桶形辊穿孔机能够适应连铸坯直接穿孔和高合金钢，包括部分难变形合金制管的要求，并且对于高合金钢包括部分难变形合金。桶形辊穿孔机能达到的延伸率相对较低，它一般在规格范围较小或与其配套的主延伸机的延伸率设定得较高的情况下使用。桶形辊穿孔机的结构比较简单，因而其投资成本也相对较低。二辊斜轧桶形辊穿孔机似乎目前还未达到它的技术极限，而是在继续挖掘工艺潜力，不断适应上述要求并接近或达到上述要求的最高点。 关键词　无缝钢管；斜轧；穿孔机；桶形辊 Abstract With the modern production of seamless steel tubes have become increasingly demanding of their equipment has made new demands.
