科研成果管理系统的设计与实现 【摘要】 计算机技术和信息技术的飞速发展为中国各大高校的信息化提供了条件，因此，利用管理信息系统辅助高校各部门的教学行政管理，已经成为高校实现数字化校园的一个重要途径。该文结合中国高校信息化的现状，选用Browser/Server作为开发模型，结合A和Oracle 9i，设计并实现了人文社会科学研究管理信息系统，并对管理信息系统与高校教学行政管理的结合做出了有益的尝试，对提高管理效率进行了积极的探索。 【关键词】 信息化建设 管理信息系统 Oracle A Browser/Server Com+对象池  Design and Implementation Achievement Management System Abstract Computer and Internet facilitate the progress of campus computing.
