攻读硕士学位期间的研究成果 PAGE l 河 南 科 技 大 学 阶段论文 姓 　名　 院 　系 经济学院 专业班级 国贸092 指导教师　 2012年 6月20日 我国稀土出口现状及对策分析 摘　要 我国具有丰富的稀土资源，稀土是中国极具战略性价值的资源，我国稀土出口占世界份额的大多数，目前我国已成为世界稀土生产、应用和出口大国。但是中国的稀土出口去没有得到应有的经济利益，中国不具有在世界稀土市场上的定价权，由于许多专利权被外国垄断，中国企业对许多高附加值、价格昂贵的稀土产品没有生产加工权，以至于长期以来我国稀土出口产品被买成“土”价格和“白菜”价格。近年来我国稀土出口状况虽有所改善，但仍不能与我国稀土资源大国的地位相对称。所以，要加强对我国稀土产业的战略性管理，制定稀土产业发展战略，加大对稀土产业的投入，加大科技投入，促进稀土高新技术产业的发展，提高稀土开发应用水平，注重知识产权，促进建立由我国主导的稀土定价机制，是我国丰富的稀土资源更好的为我国现代化建设服务。 关 键 词：稀土出口；现状；问题；对策 RARE EARTH EXPORT STATUS IN CHINA AND THE COUNTER MEASURE ANALYSIS ABSTRACT China has a wealth of rare earth resources, Chinas most strategic value of the resources, Chinas rare earth export share of the worlds most, at present our country has become the production of rare earth, application and export power. But Chinas rare earth export to not given proper economic interests, China does not have the world market in rare earth to determine the price of a because many of the patent right is foreign monopoly, China enterprise for many high added value, price expensive rare earth products not production processing power, that rare earth export products in our country for a long time to be bought into soil price and cabbage prices. In recent years, China rare earth export situation is improved, but still cant with Chinas rare earth resources superpower relative says. So, to strengthen the rare earth industry in China strategic management, make rare earth industry development strategy, increase the investment of rare earth industry, increasing investment in science and technology, promoting the development of rare earth high and new technology industry, improve the level of development and application of rare earth, pay attention to intellectual property rights, promote the establishment in China of the leading by rare earth pricing mechanism, is our country rich rare earth resources better for our countrys modernization construction service.
