户籍差异对劳动力收入差距的影响 陈忠斌 胡恒 蔡东汉‡ 内容提要：本文基于中国居民收入调查CHIP2008(RUMiC2009)数据，采用倾向得分匹配法去 估计户籍差异对劳动力收入差距的影响。总体估计显示，拥有非农业户籍会使劳动力小时收 入提高 43% 。就私有企业而言，拥有非农业户籍会使劳动力小时收入提高 32% 。对通过市 场途径获得工作的劳动力而言，拥有非农业户籍会使小时收入提高 24% 。可以看出，随着 市场对劳动力资源配置的深入，户籍对劳动力收入差距的影响越来越弱。本文的政策含义是， 如果要降低户籍对劳动力收入差距的影响，打破劳动力市场的进入壁垒，放开城市落户限制 将是非常重要的政策选择。 关键词：户籍制度 收入差距 倾向得分匹配法 The Effects of Indifference in Household Registration System on Labor Income Gap in China Chen Zhongbin (Economic Development Research Center of Wuhan University; Economics and Management School of Wuhan University) Hu heng (Economics and Management School of Wuhan University) Cai donghan (School of Mathematics and Statistics, Wuhan University) Abstract: This paper is to measure the effect of household registration system (hukou policy) on labor income gap.
