In this paper, a few smi ulatedw ind field signalsw ith the SVVP ( the stepVVP) method are tested. Two expermi ents are used to verify the retrieval result, thewhole struc tures ofw ind field are correct. The comparison of smi ulated data and realcases showed that SVVPmeth od has the higher precision; it is a usefulmeans for retrievalw ind of severeweather.
