第31 卷 第3 期 采矿与安全工程学报 Vol.31 No.3 2014 年05 月 Journal of Mining Safety Engineering May 2014 文章编号:1673-3363-(2014)03-0366-071 顶板可接长锚杆耦合支护系统性能研究 刘洪涛,王飞,蒋力帅,赵希栋,王广辉 ( 中国矿业大学(北京)资源与安全工程学院,北京 100083) 摘要 针对大变形巷道顶板支护系统中锚杆与锚索受力和变形不协调的问题,研发了一种新型可 接长锚杆。在对普通锚杆、锚索及新型可接长锚杆拉伸试验和力学分析的基础上,结合大变形巷 道顶板围岩的变形破坏特征,提出了大变形巷道顶板可接长锚杆耦合支护系统,建立并分析了可 接长锚杆耦合支护系统与锚索耦合支护系统的本构模型。研究表明:当巷道顶板变形量超过锚索 最大延伸量时,锚索耦合支护系统中锚索由于延伸率低,过早于普通锚杆达到延伸极限而破断, 而可接长锚杆能与普通锚杆在受力和变形2 方面协调同步地支护顶板围岩;可接长锚杆能够提高 顶板围岩的自承性能,并在保证较强支护力的同时提供更大的让压距离。可接长锚杆耦合支护系 统成功应用于赵固一矿11031 巷道试验段中,顶板变形量比原支护方案减少了20%左右,顶板围 岩从开挖到稳定的时间缩短了33% ,且顶板变形稳定后顶板下沉速率较原支护方案明显降低。 关键词 可接长锚杆;支护系统;大变形巷道;本构模型 中图分类号 TD 353 文献标志码 A On the performance of lengthened bolt coupling support system in roadway roof LIU Hongtao ,WANG Fei ,JIANG Lishuai ,ZHAO Xidong ,WANG Guanghui (College of Resources and Safety Engineering,China University of Mining Technology (Beijing),Beijing 100083 ,China) Abstract In view of the force-deformation incoordination problems of traditional anchor and cable in largely deformed roadway roof support system, a new type of lengthened bolt is invented. After a tensile test and mechanical analysis of traditional anchor, cable and new lengthened bolt and an analysis of the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock in large deformation roadway roof, ,a support system for large deformation roadway roof called lengthened bolt coupling support system is devised. The constitutive models of lengthened bolt coupling support system and cable coupling support system are established and analyzed.
