The crystal content of the sugar boiling process could be calculated by mother liquid brix and massecuite brix. The feed, hot water, and steam were controlled with fuzzy controlling algorithm to have the supersaturation and the crystallization rate under control, then the high concentration automatic sugar boiling is achieved. This control system reduces the consumption of water and steam, and the boiling time, saving energy.
