中国科技论文在线 国有企业改制影响企业出口的研究 黄丽君，许和连** （湖南大学经济与贸易学院，长沙，410079 ） 5 摘要：随着国内外经济形势的深刻变化，中国的传统出口贸易优势被不断弱化，如何实现贸 易平稳增长成为政策制定者和学术界关注的重大问题。在此背景下，本文基于中国工业企业 数据和和中国海关进出口数据的匹配数据，采用“倾向得分匹配”模型考察了国有企业改制 对企业出口的影响。研究发现：国有企业改制对企业出口产生了显著且稳健的促进作用，改 10 制会通过生产率、资本投入以及用工行为变化三条途径对企业出口产生影响。通过进一步分 样本分析得到，改制为民营企业对出口的促进作用大于改制为外资企业；低竞争程度行业改 制对出口的正向作用要大于高竞争程度行业。以上结论的政策含义在于，充分发挥国有企业 改制的作用，使之成为稳定和促进出口的一个重要着力点。 关键词：国际贸易；国有企业；改制；企业出口；倾向得分匹配方法 15 中图分类号：F74 Research on the Influence of the Reform of State-owned Enterprises on the Enterprises Export HUANG Lijun, XU Helian 20 (School of Economics and Trade,Hunan University,410079) Abstract : With the profound changes in the economic situation at home and abroad, Chinas traditional export trade advantage has been weakening, and how to achieve a smooth growth of trade has been a big problem for policy makers and academics.In this context,this article is going to ivestigate the state-owned enterprises reforms influence on their export,basing on the matching data between Chinas 25 industrial enterprises data and Chinese customs data by using tend to score matching”model .The study finds that the reform of state-owned enterprises has a significant and steady promotion effect on the export trade of enterprises through the changes in three channels: productivity, capital input and employent practices .Through further sub-sample analysis, we also find that the influence of the reform on the export of private enterprises is greater than that of foreign enterprises.The reform in the lowly 30 co
