PAGE PAGE 1 科技风险 ［摘 要］科学技术是推动现代生产力发展的重要力量，它不断地在为人类创造物质财富，但同时，科学技术也为我们带来了许多的不利，它加大了人类危害自身生存的可能性，比如：核辐射、转基因食品、农药污染等科学技术的负面效应问题。因此，对科技风险的研究显得日益重要了。 本文介绍了科学技术存在风险的原因，科技风险包含的内容以及对科技风险的规避方法。风险是科学技术的内在属性，科技风险不可消除，但我们可以通过政府以及社会各界多方面的共同努力，将科学技术所造成的风险降到最低，从而促进人类社会和谐、持续、稳定发展。 ［关键词］风险；科技风险；规避 Scientific and Technological Risks ABSTRCT:Science and technology makes important force to promote the development of modern productive.
