供给侧结构性的改革背景下农村金融资源差异化配置的模式的研究 　　[摘 要] 随着农村经济发展，农村经济金融指标的差异性在各区域呈现多样化。传统的分类方法已不能反映经济发展的差异，因此需要重新划分农村区域板块，作为农村金融发展模式的选择依据。依据投入-产出法建立资源配置效率计算的模型，综合分析农村金融资源配置的效率。同时采用系统聚类法，运用SPSS21.0将各省（自治区、直辖市）农村金融发展水平进行聚类分析。结合主成分分析和聚类分析，得出农村金融资源差异化配置模式，农村经济金融资源效率发达的高水平地区，应采用市场导向型农村金融资源配置模式；其中等水平的地区，应采用政府-市场双导向型配置模式；其低水平地区，应采用政府导向型配置模式。进而充分发挥农村金融的支农作用，助力农业供给侧改革，促进区域农村经济与金融的协调发展。 　　[关键词] 农村；供给侧改革；金融资源配置 　　[中图分类号] F832.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1009-6043（2017）10-0012-05 　　Abstract： With the development of rural economy， the differences of rural economic and financial indicators are diversified in various regions. The traditional classification method can not reflect the difference of economic development， so to re-divide the rural regional plate is needed as the basis for the choice of rural financial development model. According to the input-output method， the model for evaluating resource allocation efficiency is established， and the efficiency of rural financial resource allocation is analyzed synthetically. At the same time， clustering method was used to analyze the rural financial development level of each province （autonomous region and municipality directly under the central government）. Based on the analysis of principal component analysis and clustering， the differential allocation model of rural financial resources is achieved as conclusion. In areas with high efficient rural financial resources， a market-oriented rural financial resource allocation mode should be adopted. In the middle level areas， market dual-oriented configuration mode is needed. In low-level areas， a government-oriented configuration model should be adopted.
