土木工程建筑在施工管理方面相关的模式探析 　　摘 要： 近年来，我国建筑工程行业的发展如火如荼，建筑工程逐渐成为我国国民支柱产业。尤其，随着世界范围内的经济科学技术的高速发展，我国相关的土木工程建筑行业也有了历史性的飞跃。但是，我们也不能否认由于我国的土木工程行业兴起较晚，再加上土木工程建筑项目的相关施工活动比较复，土木工程建筑在施工过程中也存在着很多的问题。本文主要是从土木工程学院建筑在施工管理方面的问题入手，通过对现行存在的问题进行分析总结，进而对土木工程建筑在施工管理方面相关模式进行探析。 　　 　　关键词：土木工程建筑；施工管理；问题；模式探析 　　 　　Abstract: in recent years, the development of Chinas construction industry in full swing, building gradually become the backbone of our national industry. Among other things, with the rapid development of economic science and technology in the context of the world, China civil engineering construction industry also has a historic leap. This article is from the school of civil engineering construction in construction management problem, through analysis of the problems in the current summary, thus to the civil engineering and building construction management mode for analysis. 　　Keywords: civil engineering construction, construction management; issue; mode of 　　 　　中图分类号：TU71文献标识码：A 　　 　　 　　一 现行土木工程建筑施工过程中存在的问题 　　土木工程建筑施工管理实际上就是对企业所有的资源进行合理配置。土木工程建筑达到最终的效益的完美实现，不仅要考虑到考虑到公司这一层面，还要考虑到与社会效益的完美结合，只有兼顾两者，综合考虑，最终才能完美的完成相关工作。土木工程建筑在施工过程中，不同的活动主体所存在的问题是不一样的。 　　1 施工单位对工程建筑质量的重视度不够 　　 现实生活中，关于建筑工程安全事故的案例每年都有发生，通过检测，大都是由于程建设过程中偷工减料，建筑施工不合理等原因造成，而这一系列的原因归根到底是由于工程建筑施工单位对工程质量的重视度不够，缺乏安全意识，一切以自身利益为中心，缺乏人性道德和职业操守。 　　施工单位对待施工设计工作态度不认真，考虑问题不全面，这是直接导致土木工建筑质量低下的重要原因。在施工过程中，施工单位不按照相关的制度法规严格标准的执行，这也会导致一些违法施工现象的发生。不严格按照图纸设计操作，偷工减料；在施工工作前，不经过严格培训；在工程完工后，未交付检验直接交付使用等，这一切的行为都是不正确的。 　　 在施工过程中质量要求低，管理较为松懈。在过程中，执行质量管理时，未按照相关的流程和规定；对土木工程项目初始设计把握不到位，认识出现错误，导致错误的执行；另外，施工单位选用质量低下的材料进行工程建筑，容易导致工程施工的发生。 　　2 外部环境的不确定性 　　土木工程建设施工建设过程中，还会在很大程度上受到外部环境的影响。这些外部环境是不确定的，主要有天气，气温变化等条件。一般情况下，土木工程施工都是在露天条件下作业，环境条件恶劣的情况下，会直接影
