I I 摘 要 摘 要 在中国，音乐教育起源较早，由于历史发展、时事变迁等诸多因素的制约近几十 年来发展缓慢，学前音乐教育、小学音乐教育、中学音乐教育至大学音乐教育，未能 形成良好的衔接性和连贯性。我国非艺术类普通高校中，学生以接受本专业的知识课 程教育为主，音乐教育方面则由于师资力量、音乐课程设置、教学设施、音乐实践、 高校重视程度等众多因素，普通高校的音乐教育质量和成效也参差不齐。音乐教育是 审美教育的重要途径，也是高校校园文化的重要组成部分，对于大学生的健康成长成 才至关重要，呼吁全社会都来重视学校的音乐教育，是音乐教育工作者至高无上的神 圣责任，普通高校音乐教师队伍是当代音乐教育的根本保障，加强普通高校音乐教师 队伍的建设至关重要。 普通高校的音乐教育的授课对象是非音乐专业的大学生，其课堂教学是以音乐知 识文化传播和音乐欣赏体验相结合的审美教学过程，同时以建设校园音乐文化为载体， 在高校中既要担任公共音乐教育教学任务，又要统筹开展和辅导校内的音乐活动，要 求高校音乐教师要具备全面的专业知识和教学素质，以音乐教学为契机，积极推广大 学校园文化，通过音乐的审美途径达到“育人”的效果。 关键词：全日制普通高校 公共音乐教育 大学生 II II Abstract Abstract Earlier origin in China, music education, as a result of historical development, current events change the restriction of many factors, such as slow development in recent decades, preschool music education, elementary school music education, high school music education to the university music education, failure to form a good cohesion and coherence.
