Especially after a series of reforms, the technique and tactics system of players have been affected, the pace of match has changed, the difference between the chinese and the foreign athletes has been narrowed,and overseas group continues to grow.All that challenges the Chinese position.The paper studies 3 elite athletes(Ding Ning,Guo Yue and Li Xiaoxia)who take part in London Games by literature, three-stage statistics,video observation and logical analysis and does systematic analysis and diagnose on techniques and tactics in major matches of international competitions between 2010 and 2012,and concluded that: Ding Ning has advantages in receive-then-aggress part which is the main part to score. The using percentage of the stalemate segment is high,but the scoring percentage is pass.GuoYue has distinct disadvantages in the stalemate segment, the using percentage is very low, the scoring percentage is no pass. The using percentage of the serve-then-aggress part and receive-then-agress part is very extremely high ,but the scoring percentage is particularly bad ,that is between passandgood.Li Xiaoxia has no obvious disadvantage.The overall strength is balance,the scoring rates in three phases is between goodandexcellent.
