窄谱红蓝光联合克痤隐酮凝胶治疗炎症性痤疮的的疗效观察 　　[摘要]目的:评价窄谱红蓝光与克痤隐酮凝胶联合治疗炎症性痤疮的疗效。方法:选择中重度(Pillsbury分级为Ⅱ或Ⅲ度)寻常型痤疮患者214例,分为试验组(98例)和对照组(116例)。试验组采用窄谱红蓝光与克痤隐酮凝胶联合治疗,对照组单用克痤隐酮凝胶治疗。结果:试验组患者痊愈率为28.57%,有效率为83.67%,对照组患者痊愈率为10.34%,有效率为50.86%,两组在痊愈率及有效率上均有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:窄谱红蓝光联合克痤隐酮凝胶治疗炎症性痤疮疗效好、不良反应小,在疗效方面明显优于单用克痤隐酮凝胶治疗。 　　[关键词]寻常型痤疮;炎症;红蓝光;克痤隐酮凝胶 　　[中图分类号]R622[文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455(2010)02-0235-03 　　 Observation on the clinical efficacy of blue-red LED phototherapy and Kecuoyintong gel combination in the Ttreatment of acne vulgaris with inflammation 　　YU Zhi-ming, CAI Li-min, Liu Jing, WANG Yan-hua, ZHENG Shu-yun, ZHANG Xiu-ying,TIAN Jing, SHENGYu 　　(Department of Dermatology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medial University, Harbin 150001, China) 　　 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of blue-red LED phototherapy and Kecuoyintong gel combination in the treatment of acne vulgaris with inflammation. Methods214 patients with medium or severe degree of acne vulgaris (Pillsbury gradeⅡ or Ⅲ) were divided into two groups: the test group (98 patients) and the control group (116 patients). Blue-Red LED phototherapy plus daily external use of Kecuoyintong gel were given in the test group.Others,the control group were treated with only daily external use of Kecuoyintong gel. After 4 weeks,the therapeutic efficacy analysis was taken following completion of the therapy. Results The curative rate and the effective rate in the test group was 28.57% and 83.67%,however, 10.34% and 50.86% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the curative rate and the effective rate between two groups (P0.05).
