宫腔镜诊治异常子宫出血临床剖析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨宫腔镜诊治异常子宫出血的临床应用效果。方法：对本院2014年利用宫腔镜诊治异常子宫出血的86例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并与病理检查做对比。结果：86例异常子宫出血患者经宫腔镜检查，检出阳性80例，根据情况对其中的83例取活检、行诊断性刮宫术及电切术，刮出及切除组织全部送病理检查，镜下诊断与病理诊断符合率92.8%。结论：宫腔镜对异常子宫出血的诊断准确率高，并且兼有治疗的双重作用。 　　【关键词】 宫腔镜； 异常子宫出血； 诊治 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the effect of clinical application of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.
