宫腔填塞纱条在剖宫产术中止血84例剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探析宫腔填塞纱条在剖宫产术中止血中的效果。方法 方便选取该院在 2016年1―12月期间收治的84例剖宫产术产妇，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各42例，对照组给予常规止血治疗，主要是缩宫素10 U宫体注射，缩宫素10 U静脉滴注，卞前列甲酯栓1 mg舌下含服，或卡前列素氨丁三醇针250 μg宫体注射，按摩子?m，宫腔内出血点缝扎，研究组在对照组基础上联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗，比较两组术后2 h出血量、术后24 h出血量。 结果 入选的84例无1例发生感染；研究组术后2 h出血量（550.2±30.2）mL、术后24 h出血量（116.5±22.6）mL显著少于对照组（780.7±45.2）、（350.7±39.6）mL，两组出血量比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于剖宫产术后出血的产妇，在常规止血的基础上加宫腔填塞纱条止血，其效果确切，能有效减少出血量，价值高，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 宫腔填塞纱条；剖宫产；术中止血；止血效果 　　[中图分类号] R719 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（b）-0066-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of intrauterine packing gauze in the hemostasis in the cesarean delivery. Methods 84 cases of delivery women with cesarean delivery admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine hemostasis treatment， including uterine body injection of 10 U oxytocin， intravenous drip of 10 U oxytocin， oral administration of 1mg carboprost methylate suppositories， or uterine body injection of 250 μg romethamine， while the research group added the intrauterine packing gauze treatment on the basis of the control group， and the bleeding amounts at 2 h and 24 h after operation were compared between the two groups. Results Of the 84 cases selected， there was no one with infection， and the bleeding amounts at 2 h and 24 h after operation in the research group were obviously fewer than those in the control group， [（550.2±30.2），（116.5±22.6）mL vs （780.7±45.2），（350.7±39.6）mL]， and the differences between groups were obvious with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of intrauterine packing gauze on the basis of the routine hemostasis for delivery women with bleeding after cesarean section is definite， which can effectively reduce the bleeding amount with high value， which is worth clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Intrauterine packing gauze； Cesarean section； Intraoperative hemo
