摘 要 21世纪，物质、能源与信息已经成为社会发展的三大战略资源。随着科学技术的不断发展、互联网的全面覆盖和电脑的普及化，信息资源的使用也逐渐突显。许许多多行业逐步向信息化领域进军，汽车维修企业亦然如此。传统意义上的汽车维修业正与信息科技相接轨，信息化水平的高低已成为衡量一个行业现代化水平的重要标志之一。 本文考虑到整个汽车维修行业正在向信息化方向发展，以及网络信息技术目前发展状况，主要通过在对汽车维修企业目前的发展状况、各方面人员素质等调研的基础之上并对最终结果的统计分析之后，找出目前汽车维修业对信息资源的需求点、应用方面存在的不足以及其它存在的种种问题，结合实际情况及现有的资源提出相应的改进措施，并同时在一定的基础上进一步研究、探讨信息资源在汽车维修业的应用前景和整个汽车维修行业未来可能会发展的趋势。 关键词：信息资源，汽车维修，应用前景 ABSTRACT The 21st century, material, energy and information has become the three strategic resources for social development. With the continuous development of science and technology, comprehensive coverage of the Internet and the popularity of computers, the use of information resources is gradually highlighted. Many industries gradually march to the field of information technology; car repair business is no different. The car repair industry in the traditional sense of working with information technology standards, the level of information technology has become an important symbol of one measure of the level of modernization of an industry. Taking into account the entire automotive repair industry is the direction of information technology development, and IT development, this article primarily through the basis of the current state of development of the car repair business, all aspects of the quality of personnel research and the final results of statistical analysis find the car repair industry demand for point of information resources, applications deficiencies and other problems, and then propose appropriate improvements by the actual situation and existing resources.
