摘 要 随着科学技术的发展，烟雾传感器向着集成工艺和多变量复合传感器，智能化传感器，网络化传感器的方向发展。各种不同类型的烟雾传感器将会越来越多的出现在我们的日常生活中，给我们带来极大的方便。 本课题主要想在烟雾测量领域，设计一种高性价比，高灵敏度，适用于无烟或禁烟场所，能广泛用于工业、农业、国防等行业的方案。 设计采用单片机AT89C52作为控制核心，对烟雾浓度进行采集。通过烟雾传感器MS5100将产生的电压差值通过AD转换芯片ADC0832实现把由传感器产生的模拟信号数字化，检测烟雾浓度并报警。 本文重点对设计硬件、软件的组成进行了分项、模块化逐步分析设计。对各部分的电路一一进行了介绍，最终实现了该系统的硬件电路。根据硬件的设计和测控仪所要实现的功能，本文对软件也进行了一一设计，并经过反复的模拟运行、调试，修改简化了软件系统，最后形成了一套完整的程序系统。 关键词：烟雾报警；单片机；AD转换；烟雾传感器 Abstract With the development of science and technology, Smoke sensor towards integration process and multivariate composite sensor, intelligent sensor, networked sensors direction. Different types of smoke sensors will be more and more in our daily lives brought us great convenience. Main point of this topic in the field of smoke measurement, to find a high performance-to-price ratio, high sensitivity, applicable to smokeless or non-smoking places and can be widely used in industry, agriculture, national defense industry program. Design uses a single chip AT89C52 as the control of the smoke of collection. Through the smoke sensor MS5100 will produce the voltage difference value through AD transform chip ADC0832 achieve the goal of analog signals produced by sensor digitization, detection smog density and alarm. The article describes the composition of the meter hardware, the software and the sub-item of the meter hardware, the software. The article also introduces the various parts of electric circuits, and this system hardware electric circuit. In order to realize the function which according to the hardware design, this article has also describes the design of the software, and after the repeatedly simulation run, the debugging, the revision simplified the software system, finally has formed a set of complete software.
