Spline shaft part in modern life is very important and occupy the position can not be ignored, and its production and processing of CNC master the use of our CNC programming and other related technologies have great help. I learned this basic knowledge of CNC machining process design and the original based on the spline shaft and other parts of the CNC machining process to elaborate the hope that through this design enables us to CNC technology and products in the processing of a certain experience. This article discusses in detail CNC machining technology in the processing part of the spline process, by processing parts of the process analysis, prop selection, turning tooling, process card development, CNC programming problems should pay attention to the use of CNC machining technology spline shaft part, makes the use of numerical control technology in terms of their own get a more comprehensive, systematic training, basically meeting the flexible use of CNC technology and processing of various parts, master CNC programming and CNC machine operation purposes.
