PAGE 毕业设计论文 课题名称 汽车模具细长型顶出器加工变形 原因分析与工艺改善研究 课题来源 东风汽车模具冲压技术有限公司生产实际 专 业 工业工程 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期 2012年5月28日 摘 要 东风汽车模具冲压技术有限公司生产顶出器时，发现加工变形量很大。顶出器不能符合加工精度的要求，因此要对现有的加工变形进行原因分析和工艺改善。提高产品质量，保证能够符合使用要求。本文将针对以上的要求找到现在存在的问题，进行改善，保证产品质量。 本文通过采用全面质量管理、戴明环等理论，运用PDCA循环法和系统的方法，从东风汽车模具冲压技术有限公司质量管理的现状中，找出公司质量管理存在的问题。分析企业改善质量管理体系所面临的主要冲突和不利因素，找到解决主要冲突和不利因素的方法以及推行改进后质量体系的策略，把分析结果和所采取措施纳入整个系统的策划中，实施系统改进。通过改进措施来解决实际存在的问题，达到改进完善质量管理系统的目的。本文在质量管理体系的改进过程中主要运用了系统研究的方法和理论。由于生产管理中常用鱼骨图进行系统分析，定性地说明各种影响因素与最终问题之问的因果关系，本文应用层次分析法的思想，确定各种影响因素对最终问题的影响程度，进而确定解决问题的重点内容。 本文的改善将帮助东风汽车模具冲压技术有限公司提高产品质量，扩大市场份额，提升企业核心竞争力，同时本论文的研究也为类似的制造型企业在面临质量危机时，如何提高自身竞争力提供一定的参考价值。 关键词：原因分析，工艺改善，质量管理 Abstract In Dongfeng Die＆Stamping technologies Co., Ltd product, it is found that the deformation of ejector in machine processing is very big. It is difficult to meet the accuracy requirements so that the existing machining deformation causes must be analyzed. The process must be improved, so as to improve the quality of products and meet the requirement. In view of the above problems according to the requirements must be improved to ensure the quality of the products. On the base of the theory of total management and Daiming Wheel，using the PDCA and system way，also the Quality Management System requirement，and the experience of Dongfeng Die ＆ Stamping technologies Co., Ltd and another mechanical seal maker，deeply study the troubles of the company，and the related corrective action，prepanng the stratagem of how to improve on Quality Management System，and how to evaluate the performance of the different department and how to prompting the employee．This article have a deeply description of the all the element of the Quality Management System，the how to choose strategy of improve on the Quality Management System，documentation system，the key performance indicator and how to Operation under the requirement of the modified Quality Management System．Fishbone Diagram is used in system analyzing in the o
