精品 精品 摘 要 目前我国正处于一个市场经济高速发展的时期，这其中中小企业的迅速发展起到了不可磨灭的作用。对于中小企业来说，只有不断的创新，才能紧跟时代的步伐，不被市场经济所淘汰，但是创新带来的风险一直都是制约中小企业创新的大问题。本文从中小企业的现状出发，深入了解了中小企业创新的内容，方法以及途径，分析了影响其产生创新风险的因素。中小企业面对的市场环境复杂，社会和政府扶持力度不够，融资渠道不畅的外部等基础设施薄弱，创新投入力度不够，组织管理不健全，创新机制欠缺，创新人才不足等都是影响其创新风险的主要因素。针对这些问题，文中提出了降低中小企业创新风险的有效途径。 关键词：市场经济，中小企业，创新风险  Abstract At present our country is in a market economy with the high-speed development of the period, this one of the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises has indelible role. For small and medium-sized enterprise, it only constant innovation can follow the pace of the times, the market economy knocked out, but the risks of innovation has been restricted small and medium-sized enterprise innovation of the big problem. This article from the present situation of small business, understand the middle and small enterprise innovation of the contents, methods and ways, analyzes the impact of its produce innovation risk factors. Small and medium-sized enterprises in the face of complex market environment, society and government support, inadequate financing channel such as the external weak infrastructure, innovation investment, inadequate management is not perfect, lack of innovation mechanism, innovation talent shortage is the influence of the innovation risk factors. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the small and medium-sized enterprise innovation risk reduce the effective way.
