浅述现代建筑工程施工管理 　　摘要：随着市场经济的发展，建筑项目不断增多，造成管理跨度大，对工程安全的、质量等方面存在一定的隐患。本文是作者结合实际建筑施工管理中遇到的问题，提出对现场管理、施工施工管理的创新以及后期施工管理等几方面谈谈自己的观点和看法，希望能引起参考和借鉴。 　　关键词：施工管理；现场施工管理；创新；后期施工管理 　　Abstract: With the development of market economy, increasing of construction project management, resulting in large span, there are certain risks on project safety, quality etc.. In this paper, the author is encountered in construction management problems, put forward to several aspects of site management, construction management innovation and later construction management to talk about their own views and opinions, the ho
